In my role, I collaborated seamlessly with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams to formulate a robust Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and production plan. These strategic plans were meticulously crafted based on the comprehensive fact table derived from our integrated database (Kinda sad but in the same time also proud, I created it from scratch using MySQL). The impact was profound—decision-making processes were streamlined to such an extent that the frequency of meetings dwindled from a weekly to a monthly cadence.
This optimization, in turn, led to a remarkable uptick in plant utility, soaring from 90% to an impressive 95%.
