    Stepping into the role of an assistant or secretary for the department, I took charge of orchestrating a seamless transition to hybrid work practices, especially in the Pandemic period.

    In uncharted territory, I successfully implemented an online scheduling and meeting system, a novel initiative for our team. This encompassed the creation of events and the synchronization of all participants' activities through MS Outlook, accompanied by efficient communication through email blasts. The tangible outcomes were twofold: swift decision-making processes and the ability to seamlessly collaborate across diverse entities. Picture the efficiency of coordinating plant operations in Sulawesi Island, the headquarters in Jakarta, and collaborative efforts with a company in Malaysia—all facilitated through virtual meetings.
