Proudly achieving the coveted AK3U/SHE certification from the Kementrian Tenaga Kerja Indonesia marked a significant milestone in my commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards. This certification not only demonstrates my dedication to upholding the highest standards in the field but also signifies my alignment with the stringent regulations set forth by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
Building on this certification, I took on the role of an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) staff for a project in Java Pratama Energi, where I played a crucial role in ensuring that safety protocols were diligently implemented. One notable accomplishment was the creation of a comprehensive HSE Plan for a minihydro/microhydro power plant project. This plan not only adhered to regulatory requirements but also encapsulated a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring the well-being of both the workforce and the environment.
